Customer Support Representative
Working as a CSR for live operations team with the company, I am responsible for acting as a liaison between the customers and the company. I assist the clients with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries. Duties include resolving customer complaints over phone and email. Using phone to reach out to customers and verifying account information. Greeting customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Cancelling or upgrading accounts. Assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges. Advising on company information. Cancellation of orders. Suggesting solutions when a product malfunctions. Attempting to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation of orders. Utilizing computer technology to handle high call volumes. Closing out or opening call records. Reading from scripts and handling changes in policies or renewals. Currently working as a part of the restaurant onboarding team helping new restaurant partners go through the process of dashboard setup and to perfectly upload all the required data for the startup and to receive the first successful order.
Data Manager
Working in data management, my job was to prepare reports about sales team performance by compiling the data on daily basis and processing it through the EXCEL Spreadsheets. Also managing details and daily performance data of all Brand Ambassadors spread across the city on various departmental stores. Maintaining data of product complaints and also preparing the goods return reports for reporting to higher management at the end of the month. Preparing, maintaining and sending attendance of the office staff and all Brand Ambassadors and sending the report to H.R Department for salary preparation. I also maintain the data regarding the Branding or Merchandising that is done/to be done for sales growth.
Data Operator
As a Data Operator, my job was to collect data regarding the patients receiving treatment at the Hospital, to ensure proper billing, to use the supplied software to enter and update all details regarding the patients on a daily basis and also to final check their files before preparing the final discharge bills for clearance.
